fk ak coilovers
« on: January 29, 2012, 09:41:57 pm »
Has anyone had any experience with these? Obviously they are cheap so I'm not expecting them to be amazing, my only intentions are to lower the car but I'm not sure how much I want to lower it, I can't afford  kw's or anything so they are at my limit to be honest.

They are only £196 so I'm not expecting them to be amazing, I just don't want a horrible ride :signLOL:

They are comfortable
You could get springs safer option

Maybe try and save up for a bit and get some AP's. Or get some springs as above?

GNJ Motorsport on here have all you need. Send Graeme a PM, I am sure he will be happy to help out.

I'd be happy to go with springs I just don't want to spend the money and not be happy with the ride height

I fitted mine with 'For £200 theyll cost me less than £20 a month to drive on if they last me 12months' in mind. N so far theyve been pretty good. Theyre far better than i expected. Motorway speeds i would say they are as good if not better than standard. The only time i can really tell the difference is when goin over large pot holes. The roads are shocking in Oldham. Smaller pot holes arent so much of a problem. So far so good as it stands. Just hope they stand the test of time.
