« on: February 04, 2012, 08:30:19 am »
I have booked my car in for its DSG service and they are doing the coil pack recall whilst its in.

Im also having NSBBK fitted on Monday, do you think they will get funny with me about it not being standard?

I doubt they would raise an eyebrow...
Without traction power is nothing!

Cool, didnt think it would be a problem but always worth asking if anyone has had experience of this.

How long do they need for a DSG service? I presume its filters, oil, update etc 2-3 hours?

DSG takes a while, needs to be at correct temps to be done....not sure weather it's cold or hot tho  :signLOL:

I thought they just had to get the oil to the correct temp and they do this by driving the car.

I'm not 100% sure but it's prett vital that this "temp" is reached
Think it may have to checked and drained when cold and then filled and checked once it's reached a warm temp?
