9.5 wide alloys
« on: February 08, 2012, 09:31:21 pm »
Hi everyone i'm still trying to decide on some new wheels  :ashamed: i've been looking at some nice Merc 19" alloys  :driver: they are: ET 45 sized 8.5" on the front and 9.5" wide on the rear, now my question is does anyone have this setup? - I'm assuming that they will rub (car is lowered on coilovers) but has has anyone fitted these and what mods were done to get them fitted?

Pics appreciated

I have AMG 9.5J Et44 all round with 235/35 all round. Would fit perfect if the fronts were 8.5J

A bit of an old thread i know but its pointless starting a new one.

I want to know (as ridiculous as you think it may be) if 9.5s will fit up front?
Obviously i expect some light arch work to be done but want to know how difficult itll be.

Do you have any pics? Do you have any issues?

I always thought 8.5s were the max on the front without lots of work

You're correct  :happy2:

8.5 et 42 or you can just about stretch a 19x9et 41 (bentley wheels) on with the arch screw mod and 205 tyres.
