Recommend me some disks and pads

As above i think i need to replace my disks and pads! Disks are badly scored and rears had sparks flying of them on a county roads spirited drive. I think i have cheap pagids on the rear from eurocarparts.

Car in question 2006 VRS 2.0T

Anyone? What are these pagid racing pads any part numbers?
