It dont make much difference if you keep a car for 5 years like I do 

If you change every 1-2 years your gonna take a big hit, average that over 5 years and its cheap driving

I agree, watch the equivalent Megane R26R and Focus ST's fall off the face of the earth while the ED30 will level out.

Reasons: limited supply and perceived quality versus that of competitors.
