HELP please with RCD510

Can anyone help me please I had an RNS510 version b in my 05 golf gti so took out the 6cd multichanger an put in an MDI dock everything worked fine. Then my RNS510 went so bought RCD510 everything works fine but the RCD510 will not take control of my iPhone4 it charges it an the phone say it is connected to an accessory. Can anyone shed any light please thanks Matt

You may need to update the firmware on your MDI from www.my-gti.com
