WMI  and lots of advance FTW!!!!!!
1.47bar from 3100rpm to 7100rpm... with zero timing pull and lambda locked to .84

I wanted to aim for the Revo/ APR stage-3 100ron 400bhp+ numbers but that would mean running out of range of the stock GTI map sensor.

As for the catch can system I seems is cannot cope with the crank pressures from the blow by from higher power output, unplugged it and vented the crank breater now its all clear.

I cannot wait until Jmaes drives this today, its bang on 100bhp up on the last tuners stage 2+ map which he had last year..

Yea is a BWA engine,  i am just interested to see what their limits are  :driver:    If it does go bang i will just install a cdl engine with stronger rods  :happy2:

We reinstalled the rs4 valve back in the car and it felt like it had lost some power so we put it on the RR, it made around 370bhp 330lb-ft so a few bhp had gone.

Nick played with the map increased the rail pressure and n75 load.   The car had changed its tune on the RR

This was the final outcome,  nick was not happy leaving it like this due to the rods.   I asked him to leave it and we will see how she gets on.

The drive is EPIC! lol

Nice work Nick!
What is your water meth setup in there and how is it configured? ie, start and max times, and nozzle size.

What  mix are you using for the water/meth.

FYI I bent a rod at around 400 on my BWA, but I thnik the map was causing the boost to come on quite early.

I played with getting it linear as I could, if peak boost was at 3000-3200lbft I am sure some silly rod bending torque numbers would crop up and the peak cylinder pressures would be sky high with the BWA CR.  If it was a ko3 I would tune with a huge dolop of power in from 2900rpm 3600rpm.

I just cannot get my head around how well the k04 flows, its shocked but gave me a huge buzzz as I can see me having fun over the next 10-15 years tuning these monsters..  I will find out the BWA ko4 limits as soon as I buy my own and max it out.   I thought Hurdys ED30 was a monster on my dyno at 360bhp..

Not yet, but what I am finding with the MED9 ecu open loop boost control I am sure I could get some nice results...  I cannot wait to play with one.
