powerflex lower engine mount

hi any one got a fitting guide sort of know how to do it and do you have to use a torque wrench as some people said they have just done it with a wrench

I just had one fitted yesterday while the dealers had the gearbox out for some warranty work.
They change the drive of the car a lot(in a good way).
