Dont get me wrong that looks quick, but from i could see it was a lot of wheel spin and unusable power! IMO far too much power for the front wheels on normal roads. It does however sound awesome and give you massive bragging rights.  :drinking:

I think Steve P was able to cope with it pretty well at the 'ring earlier this week.  It really comes down to diff and tires.  On track with some stickies you won't have any issues but on the road with normal summers or all seasons, yeah, it can be a hand full until 3rd gear.

Keith if you go to stage 2 with a 10 plate cupra r do you get the switch ability?
Also is a downpipe with sportscat and a carbonio enough for stage 2?

I wouldnt bother with the Carbonio Kev.  I know you're not keen on the noise but the carbonio did naff all for mine.  Did look lovely though...

That just might be the worst video I've ever seen. I might have to sign into yootoob to give it a thumbs down...

Already running carbonio as you say no worthwhile gains but looks good and quiet.
Just wondered if with that and the downpipe was enough for stage 2

I'm sorry but I would need to check the ECU part number to make sure EMCS is available for your car.  Sometimes same model years have different ECU's.  If you have a VCDS or could pop in to an APR dealer we can check in short order.

For Stage II, yes sir, next step is the HPFP for Stage II+   :driver:

:happy2:  I didn't think it was too bad.  I've definitely seen worse.
