also a bit of bling for the engine

That engine cover is missing its "F", it is a TFSI engine after all

a few small touches for the Ed35

S3 shifter arm collected from dealers so going on soon

I thought the S3 and ED30 shifter arm was the same part?

I know the TTS (and probably TTRS) is shorter but don't know about the S3.

The part number on the shifter arm in the pic is the one quoted for the ED30 (BYD engine code).

Not sure what the engine code is for TTS or TTRS but there looks like there is 2 listed for the TT, 8J0 711 046 E (same as in the above pic (which is also same as mk2 LC)) and 8J0 711 046 D (presumeably TTRS)...

Looking good Andy!  :congrats:

cheers the grey was annoying me

What does the REVO map give the ED35? Same as the Ed30?

this is one of their revised K04 maps not stuck it on the dyne but on par with the Pirelli just feels a bit more refined  :happy2:

S3, TTS, TT, and ED30 all have the same shifter so I guess the 35 is the same.  TTRS has a completely different setup.

i think leaving it alone meant the first 1,000 miles  :happy2:

its readiness Shaun is dependant on some bits and bobs turning up as i want to do most in one hit and its going down a slightly different route to the rocco in components

Considering this colour for next car, it looks quite dark sometimes and almost black. Whats it like to live with and keep clean? How does it show marks? Although I suppose its a bit early to say as it looks immaculate.

Hows this in comparison to the scirocco? I m liking the short shifter I got from u!

so far the carbon grey has been a lot easier to keep on top of than the dbp on the Pirelli, rear of the mk6 attracts the most amount of grime, in reality car isn't doing monster miles so i'm not complaining, silver is easiest colour to keep on top of but never fancied that on the Ed35

prefer the GTI as feels the more complete car from the drivers seat :happy2:
