Cheers Mike. Had a set on my GTI. They are an excellent finish and fit.

OSIR?
No, Mike. eBay specials - took a punt on them when I had the GTI and was amazed at the quality of them. Great fitment.
Whole housings rather than covers too.

Got H&R springs fitted today. Looks better and should settle some more yet.
Just one pic for now.

Comments welcome as always

Looks very tidy Scott. I think the sportback is a cracking looking car on CH's  :happy2:

Cheers Pete. They're actually OEM Audi wheels tho. Planning on getting them anthracite to break up the silver a little.

Yeah same design as the Pescaras/CH/VZ etc, know what I mean  :happy2:

That would look great - silver lip perhaps? I think Monte had a similar design on his silver ED30 and it looked superb IMO.

I prob won't run a lip as I find it makes the wheels look smaller. Thought so with the CH reps I ran on the K1 anyhoo.
19s pull off a lip much better but I think 18s are better suited to the A3 (or any of the mk5 platform)

Probably true although you're low enough to get away with it. On standard springs, it's certainly a sin.

ok so today I took my wheels to The Wheel Specialist for a refurb and colour change.
Went for the same day service. Drop car off - they remove tyres, acid dip, coat, bake, clear coat, bake, tyres back on and balanced! (probably more to it aswell) Anyway, I   decided to go Anthracite - glad I did, think it ties in the mirrirs and black grille.
usual iPhone snaps. No editing though.

oh, the smoked side repeaters are new too.
Really chuffed with the wheels, really make a big difference to the style of the car.
Will chuck up some close up shots when I get them washed and sealed.
let me know what you think
