A good BWJ motor maybe 250 standard.  Book is 247, depends which dyno you use I suppose but try and stick to the same dyno when you upgrade bits to get a better idea of what improvements youve made.

Should be back by Sept mate  :happy2:  There are a few Dyno Dynamics rollers near me, or APR have their own dyno for WHEN you get it remapped  :innocent:

September, I'll save up then no more mods apart from the wrapping until then. And we will go down to apr for a day :)
Afterwards crate of wobbly on me!

yeah not far from ackworth mate, i thought i recognised the road.  i went to a few meets up there when i was abit younger  :happy2:

When I am next on leave gonna take it down to APR see how it performs on the rolling road and I'll let you know how I get on, my take some pictures.

So last night there was nothing on at work, so drove the car into the hanger.
And decided to take the rear valance off my car.

Removed my number plate


Then unscrewed the torx at the bottom and push my parking sensors out


Disconnect parking sensors


Then got to work prising it apart from the rear bottom, The bumper does look like it comes with it haha


Popped off easy

Door sills protectors.


Gonna wrap the valance and front lip in matt black this weekend so busy busy
