Its a scam! I remember the broo-ha-ha when they first ran this. Just how much meat goes into a 99p burger? 

ever done the count test on the fries?

no?

next time you go in there order 1 regular fries and 1 large fries, then go sit down and count them out into piles.... you'll see very quickly that on average theres no difference

doesnt bother me any though, i'm a veggie so i dont eat there anyway

Next time you go to McD'd, ask for a knife and fork. It completely confuses 'em!

If I order large I always grab the fries and bang them on the tray. When they sink I tell the guy/girl to go and top them up. If they say no I ask for the manager. I know it's a small thing but lots and lots of small things make a massive profit!
