Thats not APR's dyno, that's Marlin Motors in MK  

Ah, so it is   Ill call a taxi then  .  Thought mike had been on APRs as well and made the same for some reason.  FWIW, mine went on Marlins and made 251.2hp, and then on APRs i made .....251.9hp

Sooo if thats correct then mine should make 355 on Marlins aswell, but the WHP should be around 270ish looking at mikes if not more

Might take a trip there next week before Alex bolts on my Stage2+ kit

AMDTechnik is the best £/bhp you can do.  £70 dyno run gains you 50hp easily

So this is a stage 1 K04 car with OEM DP and cat with a Neuspeed intake making 355hp and 336lbft.

If that's the case then I must admit I am a little skeptical.

Yes it does same CDLA engine as Golf R and S3. The "A" in the engine code indicates bigger intercooler

So you have everything needed for stage 2+ excluding the exhaust.

Been to see Alex @ AKS Tuning today for the rest of the Stage2+ hardware to be fitted

First thing was a H&R Rear-Anti Roll Bar (Front one is to be fitted at a later date)


Notice how bad the OEM exhaust looks after nearly 3 years

Next up was my Ebay special downpipe, 3" with 100cel sports cat, I took it to Alex and he has rewelded it and fitted a bigger and better flexi hose




Alex then fitted an AUDI RS4 Pressure Regulating Valve  which allows more pressure than the OEM valve

Now my plan was to drive straight to APR tonight and get them to flash the Stage2+ tune, but my clutch is slipping really badly now so im now going to flash any more tune until ive got gearbox sorted out
