« on: May 28, 2012, 03:01:59 pm »
Hi all

will have bin driving 3 years in June, and have money sat in the bank doing nothing, and ever since I've seen a mk5 I've wanted one, and now wanting to get something a faster and that is nice than what I drive now (which is a 1.2 corsa :ashamed: ) seen a few cars on here that interest me, but any recommendations?

Cheers

Chaddy

Welcome along Chaddy.

I assume as you've only been driving a few years that your probably a young un so Insurance may be a consideration as well (or not). Depends on your budget really. What are you after, petrol or deisel? GT, GTI, EDITION 30, PIRELLI or  R32. All are very good with + and - points to each. Are you going to mod' it, ie cosmetics or/and power! An example being, Standard GTI = 197bhp or stage 1 Edition 30 with induction kit and exhaust can be around the 300 bhp area.
All about budget really!! Whatever you decide, you'll enjoy it.

Check out the For Sale section on here and the other forums. Lots of good cars and if there from forum members, usually they will have been looked after. Here's just 2 TDI's on here
