Update on my case.Had a call from VW Customer Services this morning. They have spoken to the dealership and "updated them on VW policies and procedures" and will be repairing both front wings under goodwill. Only slight downside is apparently they don't have any courtesy cars so i'd either have to pay to rent one off them or do without.....will try my hand when they call as i might get the cambelt and water pump done at the same time!Overall though, VW Customer Services have come through and restored my faith! Worth a call to them if you get knocked back initially!!
