no i love them, a 1.6 Gti was my first car on an 89 G.
Would not swap this one for my ED30 though.
But... I would like to have the money to buy another, take it to these guys for the full conversion and take it out at the weekends. The 205 was such a driving experience; the ED30 absolutely mullers it in the speed stakes but even after all the suspension mods it is hard to beat the 205 on a winding twisting B road - I remember on some bends you just did not need to brake just left your foot planted and embarrassed some far quicker cars in the bends
