Car transporting
« on: June 10, 2012, 04:26:39 pm »
As some of you might be aware i am hoping to enter the mk2 gti championship next year.

I have come accross a car which needs a little work but is a good price.

Can anyone recommend a good company or someone they know to transport a car for me.

Its currently in Norfolk and i would need to get it back to woking in surrey. Car drives but has no MOT or tax since 2009.

I know of a few companies but trying to keep costs down if possible.

Thanks

There are a few companies on eBay that offer a transportation service.

I was going to be buying a nova from Essex last year and was quoted £350 from Essex to Aberdeen

Yes seen those. Have you had any experience with them?

Not a bad price for that sort of distance.

I just had a quote and the car was sold before I could arrange anything so never got to use them.

I'm sure the good ones will have plenty of feedback
