I was looking into them before i acquired the osir one and I believe they are PU not fibreglass. I'm not sure if they are textured or smooth but someone on here has bought from them (think it might have been a front splitter) and the quality is meant to be good

Lol, I wouldn't go that far. I think its where I spend more time researching all variations and being indecisive rather than just buying what I want. It took me 2 months to sort the Votex front lip out lol
