But, just in case, you're not quite sure what we mean by willy waving: It's blokes showing off to each other by saying their car has the most bhp power. Typically, at rolling-road meets our car's bhp (and torque) gets shown on a printout chart (sorry if you know all this already) and some guys go for the max bhp numbers for bragging rights at the pub. They're called willy wavers - My cock is bigger than yours etc.
