Autotech HFPF issues or not?

I have an AXX in for custom mapping with k04 and S3 injectors,  I am mapping it to around 300lbft 320bhp with 130bar rail pressure via the Autotech internals, the car is fine for the first 5 mins driving / 3-4 dynos runs making 130-135bar on demand, but then the actual pressure starts the drops of the 130bar request by around 30bar across the whole range and is very slow to even build up to 90-100bhp.    I have changed the cam lobe and fuel pump and still getting same issues.   

Has any had or read of this issues before?

Was there much wear on the old follower?  I had a bwa in the other day with the early 'A' inlet cam and it had worn the lobes right down.  Was it the follower or lobe you changed?

How are the lpfp pressures looking?

Is it running an rs4 fprv?

We changed the cam follower, there was bad wear on the old one with some metal pick up on it.

Yes there is an RS4 valve on it as

The low pressure side (from memory) is around 4650mb @ 6300rpm with 108bar actual rail pressure with 130 requested

Pop the new follower out and see if its worn already.  This would tell me the cam is fooked.  Take off the side casing and see if the cam is the a or b cam.  If its the 'a' then its a one piece cam and lobe.  Get it changed out for the revision b as 130 bar will kill it, or it already may have done that.
