Thanks for the positive comments guys, still torn on whether or not to sell up for a gti. I've sort of reached a plateau with it as I'm stumped for what to do next to it! Lol any ideas?

I eventually got bummed for the rear plate but was expecting it so no I told you so's robin! Haha

As for the DRL's Grande they were the easiest thing on the car to do, just need vagcom. If your close to Bradford I can do it for you if you want em doing?

....No told-you-so's will come from me, Stevie  - It's all down to what you like not what others like.

Sometimes you don't need to keep on modding a car - You don't want to gild a lily. It's looking very good as it is (apart from....

No, it's a great looking car  :happy2:

Haha thanks, it's reserved for show purposes only now, but will probably get a tin yank plate from statesplates.com in time or show season.

Btw has anyone retro fitted US running lights into a UK spec bumper? Only reason I haven't done it yet is because I think it won't sit flush and not look right.

Yeah that the only thing putting me off cutting my bumper as I'd want them flush. Not sure tbh, I know the gti bumper is £380  :surprised: haha, hopefully the jetta bumper will be cheaper.

Made a little change on the interior today, scirocco arm rest. It's longer than the mk5 item and is black so matches the edition 30 seats a lot better than the old armrest.

This is fully back, to show length difference
