I couldn't believe the speed at which my MBA is running on the web.

Just been through my emails and the last one I received at 21.35 was from Virgin to say that the free Double Speed upgrade was now up and running.

To jump from 30Mb to 60Mb is just crazy fast  :jumpmove: :jumpmove: :jump move:

(for me anyway)

You should be able to. Haven't installed it yet so can't be sure though.

This surely looks like the worst OS update in years though? It just looks like a handful of iOS's most annoying functions...

I know this tutorial is for Snow Leopard, bit does Mountain Lion (jeez these names are getting tedious) not offer the same workaround?

No because you cannot assign single keystrokes, and you cannot assign backspace.  :sad1:

Ah, pretty poor then. I've never quite understood why software companies mess with shortcuts. Adobe changed loads when Photoshop CS5 came out and there seemed no logical reason for it.

Upgraded last night. Mainly for the advertised airplay feature which apple didnt make clear was only for 2011 onwards macbooks and mine is 2009, bit pee'd off about this, but the rest of the OS seems nice and smooth so far.
