The Rieger would be OK if its not lowered, I've has to lift mine 20mm just to get it on and off the drive, hasn't done the handling any good on track though  :sad1:

OK thanks for that, but ya it does look really nice, I'm guessing the center section isn't carbon fiber, but still really nice..

You could always vinyl wrap or paint the centre section. Personally, I think they look better with a black centre section because it accentuates the curves to the sides and the rest of the GTI body styling. I think that a black centre treatment also suits the OEM Ed30 front splitter better too.

There are plenty of pics showing this on the forum.

The Votex (like the Ed30) is one piece, the centre section is either sprayed a different colour or wrapped

About £30  :signLOL:

If you look at the lip, that is where the difference is

I wish you could get just the splitter middle part to hook on to the chin of an R32, like how the osir clips on !

....The VWR and Rieger ones look the same and Rieger ones can still be bought. See NeilM's build thread.

Rieger  Front Lip Spoiler and Splitter

Hi Neil,

I hope you didn't mind me showing pics from your splitter thread?

It really is the best I've seen  :notworthy:

Do you know at all if Rieger just sell the bottom Carbon blade?

I'd love one on my Ed30!!! Also I'd imagine it would mirror the shape of the Ed30 splitter quite well   :happy2:

Carlo.

what grille is this

Rieger  Front Lip Spoiler and Splitter

Looked at a few designs but the Rieger was the only one that looked like it might actually do something.

It may need a few turns on the old KW V3
