what did you think of the RFD john? worth it?

Yes, on a BT application it gives extra free power. Even APR say 9whp on their stage 3. The only downside is you need an additional file to remove the cold start sequence.

Come on John, let's see the results...

Turned out at 495bhp (462whp) and 405lbft. Awesome have finally reduced those massive torque readings. APR stage 2+ Cupra made 357bhp and 370lbft.......much more realistic than the 380bhp and 450lbft they used to register.

Even with mine mapped in you can still tell the difference. After 60-70 seconds the engine calms down and runs smoothly. Before this it runs louder.

Nice meeting you at Awesome Hurdy.

Amazing results on stock internals.

Do you know said about the R1R tyres, done you know what sort of mileage you get out of them roughly? Just I'm going to price a set up soon.

Hi, on a Fwd car as always it will depend on how you use them. If it is purely for fast road use then they will last 6k+ miles on the front. Significantly longer on the rear. If you hoon it everywhere then I have know people go through a set of fronts in under 4k miles. On a 4WD car they will last a little longer on the front due to less wheelspin and a little less on the rear due to them being powered every so often.  :happy2:

Here are my graphs form yesterday. The first one shows BHP and torque at the wheels.

The second graph shows whp at all four wheels. :happy2:

Went out in this yesterday amazing car, sounds completely insane aswell. Also very civilised when just cruising and hardly any lag, perfect setup for insane performance which doesn't compromise from general day to day use. Very impressive!

Mine did a 4.6 to 60 and 11.5 to a hundred on the same bit of track, 2 up, half a tank haha sloooooow  :indifferent:

I dunno I'm gonna be sensible and wait for a proper map to come out and see what performance and reliability is like. Go from there, won't hesitate to drop a nortech kit into a 6R if I'm still having problems

That's good then. Must have just been a big/small enough leak to allow the N75 to take up the effect of the leak on power.
