Last time I went on Statllers dyno it made 500bhp and just made 364.08g/s at the redline. It now makes 364.08g/s at 6200rpm and power still builds up to 7400rpm. I recon much more than 500bhp peak, probably nearer 530-550. At 2 bar boost. Boost controller actually reads this......

Those internals still hanging in there  :scared:

How do you go for more power with the MAF sensor maxed out? Do you have to go for a bigger MAF that can read higher?

There are a few options, but the car will still make more power towards the redline. It is just that the MAF cannot recognise any extra flow.

Scaling the MAF in the map is one way, a MAFless map is another.  :smiley:

Normally I'd say yes, apart from when it did the power below at Statller......


On the EXACT same settings it did the power below at Awesome GTI......


Soooo...

460bhp at Statller = 495bhp at Awesome GTI

Ergo...

499.8bhp at Statller = well over 500bhp at Awesome GTI

Statller's bhp roughly equates to Awesome GTI's awhp as it was 462awhp at Awesome.  :star:

Some more development bling being test fitted to my R for the first time. Full Carbon fibre intake shroud. Tasty. :drool:
