Great visual explanation on the balance shaft delete Jake.  :happy2:

Thank you, you are aware of the increased oil pressure right John?

Yes, looking at an extra Mocal oil cooler to help share it out a little.

Yeah it's way too high.  Just remove the balance shafts from the TFSi setup.  Then you don't have to remove the crank to swap over the gears.

Woukd the rs4 injectors alone not be enough for the 71r  capabilty do you not think john? Or you planning going bigger turbo again?

At my level of tune the RS4 injectors are ok. Whether or not they will be good enough to run the HTA3071 to its maximum remains to be seen. There are a lot of rumours, myths, urban legends etc about what different types of injectors will flow on the TFSI and the only real way is to try a set and see how they perform.  :happy2:

Update....

Did a few logs in the last few days and found out the MAF maximum reading is 364.08g/s. The GIAC map I run is scaled based on a larger MAF diameter which I am also running. The cross-sectional area is 10% larger and so I'm guessing that this scales the MAF reading by 10%, which basically gives 400g/s. Hopefully after this the map adjusts.

Quick shot of the log.

Wow...cant believe its holds 2700+ Mbars for so long into the rev range, must feel awesome.

2780 - 1000 (Atmospheric Pressure roughly) x 0.0145 = 25.81 PSI

It feels extremely quick Ross. A stage 2 K04 has a boost spike and then drops off, this is like having that boost spike from just after 3.5krpm all the way to the redline and then into the next gear, and the next, and the next!!  :driver:

I thought yo would have been running the rail pressure at a higher value tbh.  The APR Stage 3 setup uses around 150bar iirc
