Cracking car! I had an R26 a couple of years ago and that was a great car, imagine the R is like that but turned up to 11
If I didn't need rear seats for the baby I'd be very tempted by one...

nearly all ready for the nurburgring, just a couple of little bits to do before I go tomorrow

ive changed the oil/ oil filter after the track day, the oil was actually in very good condition but it had only been in for 3k tops

its getting a full brake fluid change today, a full health check and also a bolt on the passenger seat tightened up that's only hand tight at the minute, I didn't have the torx bit though

so as some of you know I made the trip to the ring again last week,

it was interesting to say the least lol, had a cracking time at the ring, car performed with no problems at all.

the only problems were the weather, bikers and other people crashing. I managed 8 laps but didn't have one clean lap, either had to slow down for accidents or got around 4/5 bends and it started throwing it down. The car was great performed well all weekend with no blips at all

The quickest lap I did was a 9.09 with a bike accident and a recovery truck. The videos on my facebook, not sure how to get it off there tbh, I was there or there abouts that time a few times, I reckon with a clean lap id crack 9 minutes but the dream lap never happened unfortunately

cheers, its looks like me and my mate have been let out for the day haha

yeah, I know the photographer who took those last 4/5 pics and he pointed out how close it was, i dropped a little bit of pressure and was running hard in the karrusell, just shows how hard the tyres have to work around that place

One thing about the lines at the Karusell... most people (race drivers) say that both wheels should be on the concrete.

Echo Rex, you're way too low in there, puts massive lateral load on the outside front. One of the few 'don'ts' that was hammered into me, I'm still working on the 'doos'  

Should in more like this (not me).



In contrast, you heavily cut the mini karusell, as you can see me doing here.
