How to remove xenon headlight lens

Looking to find out if it is  possible to remove the lens from my xenon unit.the plastic cover that fits round the glass dome of the bulb has broke away some how, any ideas or info would be graetly appreciated.thanks in advance

No need to remove the lens!

I had this on one of the headlights I bought.

Follow that guide to remove the projector Carefully from the back of the headlight and then with clean hands (I wore latex gloves) reach in and snap the chrome ring back on!

Hi m8,you are an absalute star,youve just made my weekend go from suicidal to very bright indeed lol,i was panicking big time about this light,not even sure what caused the thing to come off in the first place,which makes it all the more of a worry as i dont know how to prevent it from happening again. cant thank you enough for this link.

No probs

Most likely was just a sharp jolt or something, it clips in quite 'weakly' tbh so be careful not to break anything! And don't get any fingerprints on the inside of the lens...it's a bitch to get off...lol
