Please help identify part

Hey guys,
Since I bought car 14 month ago, I am carrying in glove box some kinder parts which I have no idea.
Part number on bag printed 1K0 868 003 B 9B9
Not sure if bag belongs to parts but here is image of parts


Anyone got clue what it could be
