Genuine BBS?

Please, before I commit to buying these can anyone tell me if they are genuine BBS? They will come in white boxes with red BBS logos on.

I always thought BBS that had motorsport stamped round the centre were reps?

Unless they have been repainted then no. BBS never did black with red.

What model number are they? (Should be stamped on the outside face between 2 of the spokes and will be like CH026 or CH029 etc)
Also what PCD and offset are they and size. (they look 18")

I've seen boxes and they are BBS boxes. The rims have BBS markings on, also "8J x 18H2", "CH 025", 01 and also some JL looking mark.

I'd say they are fake as all aftermarket CH needed a centre bore adapter spigot ring to bring the centre bore down to the correct size for VAG sizes. The wheels you posted do not have this.

Depending on the price though there is nothing wrong with running replicas. Just dont pay genuine money for them.

Based on Jedi's pics the others look like rep's, as rear face is completely different.

I would say definately reps, some years ago I nearly bought a set of these off eBay, illyun bought a set for his Ed30.

He wanted £500 but I have got him to £400, (no tyres) problem is replicas new go for around this. He thinks they are genuine which he says cost £1275 a couple of years back, only run for 250 odd miles and sat in shed since.

I just want to make sure before commiting all that money.

for 18s id not really go more than £300 for a set of reps.

Im 95% sure they are reps and not genuine.

Whats the offset on them?

They were made in that colour scheme as I nearly bought a set, definately not genuine.
He may well have paid £1275 for the set but they are not worth anywhere near that.

You could ask to see his "receipt" for £1275
