Help on filler for TT engine cover
« on: September 25, 2012, 12:09:31 pm »
I've just taken the cover apart ready to fill in the Audi recess before painting.

Any ideas on the best filler?

I've used Isopon filler before, but is this ok to use under the bonnet ie. will it shrink or crack?

Thanks in advance :happy2:

Just get a body shop to do it for you. Be much cheaper in the long run. £40 mine.

Cheers Mike. I used some Isopon plastic bumper filler. Worked very well and now ready for painting. :happy2:

Idea is black TFSI section and Steel grey for the main body.
