I have one on my R32, mainly because it looks cool.... and the fact I do almost 700 mile a week in it and dont want stone chips  :happy2:

can you add a picture of it on your r32 please,,, your fuel bill must be through the roof doing 700 miles a week in the r32 dude

Yeah I'll look for a pic and stick it up. It's on a mk4 R32 not Mk5. My Mk5 stays in the garage :)

Oh and roughly spending about £185 a week on v power. It's addictive  :grin:

I have one that I use soley for long motorway journeys to preserve the paint from
Stone chips, my old bonnet paint was peppered with them and since I had it re sprayed I want to keep it as good as possible! Don't bother on a daily drive basis because I've heard they scratch the paint over a period of time and don't often get stones flying at 20-30 mph lol

Some people must just have them purely as a fshion accessory because I've seen some utter sheds with them on.
Laser Blue 3dr No 209683, Leather, Monza II's and a few other goodies...........GONE but not forgotten......now in an A4 S-Line Avant 170tdi......god I miss the Gti.

I have one (full front) but again only use it for longer journeys.Always make sure the cars clean and use low tack masking tape (the blue stuff) under it along where the leading edges make contact to prevent any marking from movement when on the go.
