Glad you didn't go gold in the end, they look spot on  :happy2:
Pictures do look a bit dark tho.

What centre caps are on them?

Is you mate making more back box deletes? (may be interested)

Went to my old branch of Halfords - looked through the 2013 paint codes for most of the vag family - ended up at a lamborghini colour called deep carbon metallic (as far as I could read German!) clicked on it to get some made up - took us to the mix for ford graphite grey!! It's exactly the same colour!!!

Centres are mercedes ones.

No idea about the back box - I can ask him!!

Took the car for a good family day out (4-up) - and I've got less scrubbing with the wider rims than I had before!!

Car seems to be all over the road!! Went to tesco to check the tyre pressure.

This is what I found:-

Front tyres were 38psi & 41psi
Rear tyres were 39psi & 42psi!!

All down to 31psi - sorted!!

Well - I've been off sick since Wednesday - missed going camping with my mates this weekend. Would have spent a good £100+ going down etc, saved the cash to spend on the car. Thinking about a car related private plate - and a new front splitter - maybe another set of rims.

Something different - maybe Segins, Alphards, Carlssons or Lorinser. Just need something new to work on.

Ok so been a while since I've been online - a few issues with my Jetta. New water pump faulty causing lose of coolant and possibly skipped a few teeth on the timing belt. It's been in the garage almost 12 days now.

The parts supplier to the garage has accepted responsibility to repair the car due to the water pump failure (only changed in March) hoping to picking it up on Monday - going on holiday in it on Tuesday.

So I had to treat myself to something new to play with!!!!

You around Wellingbro dude?
Pretty sure I saw this on the cruise up to camping. Was me, my mate in his red S4 and a black Mk4 as well.

Recognised the odd-silver valance lol
