Manchester Meet
« on: November 04, 2012, 05:53:17 pm »
Hey folks,

just wondering if there has ever been a Manchester Meet that wasnt piggy backing on another forums meet? Would be nice to meet other forum members from this site.

Would anyone be interested in a one off (for now) meet in Manchester?

Would prefer it to be for members of this forum and friends rather than an open invite to every VAG forum on the net...

In the past some members met at Krispy Kreme (sic) near the Trafford Centre every month or so...

I used to go to the wednesday night meets at KK with the ukmkivs forum but to my knowledge, there hasnt been one for a couple of years now.

I stumbled across a VAG meet (dont know which forum) whilst popping in at KK for some treats. A good few VAG cars, old and new. I was majorly peed off when a couple of them started ragging it up and down the road outside that runs next to the Asda petrol station. It just gives forums and car meets a bad name!

I would show my face :ashamed:

Don't forget that anywhere around the Trafford Centre Incl. KK will get very busy as we run up to Xmas - so that would take the fun out of any meet  maybe worth considering another venue or meet up in the new year
