Yes, that's for the touran and i haven't gotten around to fitting it yet   
On the Golf i apparently have the small module as it only has rear sensors

Why haven't you fitted one  what is intergrated in door handle? No need for drilling.

the tiguan / Touran camera is much bigger

They are the factory ones for the Vrs (It has the same type on the rear bumper from the factory)
