Lights are looking well boys .... Did anyone do a pattern test against a flat surface to see the shape of the cut off and general light pattern, Are they as good as or better than the std units with H7 bulbs... they do look the part though

/\/\/\/\/\ Are they just suppliers to the trade bud ...

Earlier in the thread the question was asked if these were any good at lighting up the road compared to a std light unit, These are projector lights that use a std H7 bulb not the genuine xenon unit... although they do look very nice I just wondered what the light output was like.

Umm yeah maybe. We deal with them for a few bits.

They do the Ds2 units for proper xenon then you need the adaptor loom

Pattern is fine, took them to a local garage to get them checked. Beam pattern adjustment was miles out!!

I would say they are fine with the stud bulbs, however I would suggest a bulb upgrade - maybe 80w or 100w?

Aren't there issues with electrics when running 100w bulbs ?

Lads, does anyone have any info on when these will be back in stock with Energized Customs?

Cheers.

Also, does anyone have any fitting instructions?

Remove grill and undo bumper bolts at the top and in the wheel arches to gain access.
The new lights are plug and play so just take out your old headlamps and replace with the new ones. All of your old bulbs swap over from your old lights except the indicator bulbs which are already fitted in the new light unit. You will just need to align the new light units to the bodywork using the bolts on the fitting lugs so the space around the lights is even.

Thanks. I've sent the seller text message - let's see what he/she says. I'm surprised that the people who have upgraded, thus far, have just stuck to brighter H7 bulbs, rather than go for the whole hog Bi-Xenon look.
