Fitted the new wheels today, Got bored and couldn't wait for the centrecaps!

Also shows the tinted windows and wind deflectors.

Today's Purchase, A set of eibach 30mm lowering springs.

Get fitted next Tuesday weather permitting. Also painted a spare front grille I have for the jetta bumper gloss black. Sadily got no  pictures as it's still a work in progress.

Gonna look awesome when it's lowered. Very nice car in the flesh. And I'd ditch the mud flaps.
Not dissing flaps (normally love em, just a different kind)

The flaps are staying on, they help out a bit with keeping the car cleaner.

Had a busy day today. Had the Eibach lowering springs fitted, just got to wait for the suspension to settle to see the full benefit from the drop, Fitted the vortex spoiler and also the Jetta front end conversion.

Heres how it looks, Made up with it

Will get a pic of the spoiler once all the tape has come off. Letting the mastic dry on it.

Pic from the rolling road day today

Managed to get 182bhp with 370 ft/lbs torque at the fly wheel. Pretty happy with that.

Somehow i'm now doubting the torque figures as people are complaining about them. But if thats what the machine says, Then thats what it is to me!  :driver:

Remap and a k&n panel filter. Kept it simple to avoid any reliability issues.

Mine when it had the same set up was 182bhp and 352lb/ft of torque so was fairly similar, so not that much out tbh.

Had nothing to do today so gave it a good clean and polish. Outside is finished, Just waiting on a genuine front grille and fit the cruise control stalk. That is until I see something else!
