It's the level of detail in which they cover these things that annoys me. Do we really need to know how she got to hospital (by car, not ambulance)? Do we really need expert analysis of the type of morning sickness she has? The BBC even catalogued every bit of evidence in the last month or so that pointed towards her pregnancy!

....Agreed totally. The media coverage is completely OTT and it begins to irritate.

A half-hour TV news broadcast and 25 minutes of it is the Royal Baby subject  :stupid:

And why do so many women go weak knee'd and gushy every time any other woman gives birth?
