Any idea on the spec of these wheels and tyres - sizes etc

Saw this on 'another vw site' that I dare not mention - but this was one car that was sensibly modded by the looks.#

I love the Enkei wheel and tyre combo - anyone know this car or can guess at the specs of the wheels and rubber.

Guessing Jap 114 pcd fit wheels....
