EBC discs and brembo hp pads

I'm in the process of refurbishing a set of S3 brakes.

They will be gong on my golf .

I have been looking at some discs and pads, and wondered what people thought of the EBC discs there is a dimpled and grooved or just grooved. Anyone running these?

The Hp brembo's were recommended to me again I have never used them. Not sure if I have the right part number for these either
