GTI rear bumper/exhaust
« on: December 14, 2012, 10:06:37 am »
Recently (month and half ago) i changed to a R32 bumper and Blueflame exhaust, so the GTI stuff is just sitting in the garden, tryed finding a few on the internet too see what they are worth so i can sell them, but no luck! Anyone got a rough idea what i should expect to get for them?

Cheers

The lower part of the rear bumper can be bought new from the dealer for not alot. Think it's around £80 might even be less

Depends. I bidded and watched a GTI exhaust go on eBay for £17.  :ashamed: There ar GTi full bumpers on ebay not selling for £75. So its up to you. I think you could get more for them to the right people, i was interested in a GTi exhaust a little while back and for the right price i would.  :innocent:

Wrap it up and keep it all as they really aren't worth a lot.

When you come to sell the car, return the car to its standard condition using the GTI parts you've removed and sell on the .:R32 Rear Bumper and Blueflame system, should return you a fair bit of cash.

You will also widen the market for your particular car when you come to sell as it will appeal to both those that wish a standard car and those wishing to mod a car to their own tastes/preferences.

Agreed, but if you are looking to free up the space / move it on. The prices are not as stong as we would hope.  :happy2:
