R-Tech RR day - Sat 29th December 2012
« on: December 25, 2012, 09:44:07 pm »
R-tech will be hosting another RR day on Saturday 29th December

This is an open meet event for both VAG and non-vag cars and we already have about 17 VAG cars booked for the R-Tech Rolling Road. Non Vag cars and lowered cars that wont fit on the R-Tech rollers will be going on the DynoDaze rolling road next door.

Location of R-Tech

R-Tech Power
Unit 17
Phoenix Business Park
Hinckley
LE10 3BY

The Rolling Road is a first come first served basis and priced at £30 for 2 Power runs including printout.

There will be some high powered VAG cars on the rollers and is sure to be a very good day with loads of cars in attendance

Is there space for one more?

I can make this. A bit of a trek, but if you allow 4wd or running in 2wd mode count me in. :happy2:

Golf R gone.

Yes. What time does it start and where is the original thread located?

Definitely okay with dynoing 4wd in 2wd mode?

Yep, whenever I'm mapping haldex stuff I switch it to FWD. just unplug the ABS block down near the battery.

Hurdy - Iv ran my R32 in Fwd on the R-Tech rollers, just disconnected the Haldex controller under the rear axle.

Not sure on the Golf R set up, sure Nik will be able to do it

Hurdy, just asked Nik and he said if you can find and remove the Haldex Fuse before going on the rollers it will help as there is a lot of cars to get through so they wouldnt have time to find it, but if we get there around 9am they should be able to have a quick look as first car is going on at 9.30.

meet at 7.30am at woodhall sounds fine mate.

Hurdy - Just been told remove diff plug and it's fine in 2wd, so can do that on the ramps when it goes on.
