Watched this earlier - if to be believed, that was pretty horrendous about the ex-bodyshop guy having to fight the insurance co to pay to fit a side impact beam in a car door!

I already knew about the 2 different rates for Fault and Non fault claims at Bodyshops, my best mates mum is good friends with a guy who owns a large accident repair place, was not aware of the paint scam tho and all the kickbacks.

Hopefully the OFT will sort this all out in 2014.

....No wonder my bodyshop can afford to be so generous to me!

£21/hr for fault claims and £40/hr for Non fault claims, takes the piss a bit.
