Went to Kavos as a 19 year old - what a place! I still think that I fractured my ankle there when I jumped off a kerb/cliff into a huge pothole. The magnums of cheap wine helped though, but its never been right to this day.

Another mate got clipped by a coaches wing mirror as they used to thunder up the main road at all hours and one mate fell of the back of a moving jeep.

The ritual of drinking a large glass of your own piss if you have sex with a girl on Kavos three times or more............  

The Greek medical staff seemed slightly amused by it all and but I bet the local population are absolutely disgusted and think that all Brits behave like that.

Next week there's fighting and blood - Inevitable with so much alcohol flowing. All very sickening on so many levels.

Never went to Kavos when I was a young lad, it was always tenerife (Las Americas), Ibiza (San Antonio) or Cyprus (Ayia Napa), happy days

....I was rather hoping that the Greek doctors would wind them up by making it sound like very bad news on purpose - They need the sh*t scared out of them, IMO.

I wonder what would happen if the Greeks totally withdrew medical support  I wouldn't blame them if they did but I suppose it all helps the island's economy.

The Greek doctors did have a laugh with one of the guys in our group when we were there.

Can't exactly what was wrong with him, but he was shivering pretty bad etc. Greek doctor was called, had a look at the guy in the apartment and came out asking for a knife of all things. Anyway there happened to be one lying next to me on the ground (we were all waiting outside).

I gave this to the doctor and from what I recall this was used in some way to administer a suppository. :-)
