Do you mean upgrade the clutch and still use the OEM dmf?
Yes, but I may just go with oem clutch as well as I'm only ever going for stage 1.
Thoughts?

Depends which map mate... the clutches slip due to the torque.. I have a middle of the road map making ~280lb/ft and have had no problems in nearly 40k of mappage (car on 109k original clutch and DMF! )... although some with more aggressive maps, pumping out 320lb/ft+ slip from day one.

Ok thanks, I've got an ed 30 and will be going for bluefin stage one so its 300 lb ft of torque.
