Are these people on vacation or something?

Wrote two emails to Racingline inquiring about engine mounts (prices for all three to ship to Switzerland), but they never answer.

I thought when you run a business you should be happy when people want to buy your products...

what did I say?
I don't know what you talk about, MarkyMark.

But I assume from your reaction there is something about Racingline I don't know?

My advice is to do a search for the Gearshift Problem thread! Hopefully all will become apparent.
Basically they are sh*te at communications fullstop. They are aware of the problem and are supposed to be resolving the issue.  Obviously not been resolved as yet!  :scared: But they do have race obligations which does affect there abilities to respond.
I await all the people jumping to there defence!

do a search peskarik. but RR or Mat ED30 will soon be along to answer i reckon.

there has been a few threads of late about VWR and their customer service due to race program commitments and them being new to the retail modifying scene.

RedRobin:

"The big thing to realise is that they are not a retailer or tuning shop like say Awesome and their first priority is their racing season. You have to be flexible to fit in with them but once it's your turn they'll give you 100%."

 :ashamed:

OK, but can I get in touch with them somehow any time soon?  :sad1:

Mounts are my next mod, that I really need to do, as my engine jolts like

they are not the only people who sell engine mounts. The VF kit is reputedly very good and other people like JKM who have excellent customer service have them in stock and can dispatch them to you straight away.
