Anyone had any experience with this?
« on: March 05, 2013, 03:39:14 pm »
Hi guys, new to the forum!

Not sure this is the right place to post this but, I was looking at this on eBay and wondering if anyone has had any experience with them and if they are any good?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Golf-mk5-GTI-BLUEFLAME-EXHAUST-backbox-suitcase-delete-exhaust-mufflerectomy-/200903194955?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2ec6c3794b

Would like to beef up the sound of my GTi, but not so much its chaviola!

Cheers

Jon

Thanks, just seen your thread on the muffler delete. Any idea how much it would cost, for an exhaust shop to make and fit one up?

Sorry for all the questions!

Sorry for all the questions!

All depends on what technique they use, need to find a guy who does Mandrel Bending, so the pipe stays 2.5" all the way around.

All the work needed it cut off muffler (ask to keep though) and then make pipe to fit. _£50 - £75 i would say.
