EA56 red mkv golf gti
spotted around 1545 heading southbound on the M40 (after the M42 junction) and just before the 50mph roadworks with average speed cams. For some reason, you were going slower than 50mph, even though I slowed down after overtaking you.

I wonder if this was the same car I spotted on Saturday.
