Me to Rich... have you fitted spring's ?  I find the ride quite firm on my car and just hope the H+R springs don't go to far for me... but the only way to find out is to fit them and see as we all have different views on what is hard and not, Kinda getting on a bit now so a teeth jarring ride wont be for me, Although I do still have my own :-) But cant wait to see

Correct... rear camber is adjustable.

I will be very very interested to see what you think to them regarding ride quality vs stock springs.  :popcornsoda:

With a bit of luck I will get them on next week and let you know if they are to firm for me... if they are they will be coming off

Finally got them fitted today.... After a fight with one of the anti roll bar drop link mounting nuts... Always one.

Certainly looks much better and I'm really happy with the height although it may settle a bit yet. As for the ride I think it's better than std, seems to be more of a progressive firmness rather than just hard...worried over nothing... Going to let them settle for a week or so then do the 4 wheel alignment checked.
Can't say if they have added any noticeable extra camber to either back or front.... Will keep an eye on the tyres anyway.

couple of bad quality pics... 10 mins after being dropped back on its feet... plus its dirty  I have just spent 2 hours cleaning it and it's back in the garage as it's now peeing down here, Get some better shots later in the week.

looking at it today I think it has gone down a tad more on the front, Certainly looks a hundred times better though

Its fine m8... I have been out for a good drive today and I'm happy with them... they are a bit firmer than the std springs you can tell more so when pushing on but normal driving hardly notice, If they were to much I would be taking them off as it's not much of a job to do when you have access to a lift and kit but like I say they are fine. Im the wrong side of 40 so any banging and bouncing about and they would of been off.
where do you live... you are more than welcome to take a ride for yourself.  :happy2:
